Our agency operates under a support model designed to ensure quality, consistency, and strategic alignment at every level.

 

At the top, our agency owner oversees all client accounts and overall operational efficiency. You will be assigned a Lead Virtual Assistant as your primary point of contact. You will also have a Virtual Assistant Manager who, along with the owner, will help develop the initial strategy, set up processes and be reviewing/guiding work done by your Lead. The Manager will oversee execution, uphold quality standards and be a support to your Lead.
